 1.8 The term ‘services’ refers to all products, services, and functions planned and offered by the Company

 1.9 The term ‘user’ and ‘tutors refers to all persons and entities that are using the services and functions planned and offered by the Company

 1.10 The term ‘redemption code’ refers to a term, number, or alphanumerical combination that appears on coupons which can be used by the learners to obtain discounts and other promotional offers

 1.11 The term ‘day’ refers to calendar days

 1.12 The term ‘business day’ refers any day other than a Saturday or Sunday and any day that are not Thai National holidays

 1.13 The term ‘customer service’ refers to support provided by www.tutorlearner.com to ensure learners are receiving high quality service. This support is available at all times and can be reached by contacting hr@tutorlearner.com

2. Deposit/Withdrawal of Spending Balance and/or Commission

 2.1 A Learner can deposit money to his/her account to pay for our services by means of the methods and payment systems available in the Personal Area.

 2.2 The Learner can withdraw their spending balance and/or commission from his/her account at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 USD . (The withdrawal process may take up to 14 days. You can check the process by visiting your ‘My Receipt’ page.)

 2.3 Every withdrawal transaction will include a fee. You will be notified of the fee charge every time you withdraw from your spending balance. We reserve the sole right make changes to the fee amount without serving notice to you.We are not responsible for any charges that your bank will charge on the transaction.

3. Copyright Statement

We encourage the learner to remove any identifying or personal information prior to uploading to our website if they wish to keep the information confidential.

  3.4 The learner agrees that the information provided to us to complete their order can be used, read, edited, and changed without obtaining permission beforehand.

4. Limitation on Use

  4.1 Learners are granted limited authority to use our services for personal non-commercial purposes only. You may download, display, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, perform, transmit, publish, duplicate, or offer for sale any information provided by www.tutorlearner.com but only with written consent from us.

  4.2 Learners must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to www.tutorlearner.com. However, children under 18years old may use our services with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

Learners taking part in these actions will be given a notice of their suspension and will be a given an opportunity to withdraw any leftover spending balances in our system before suspension.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

  5.1 We will not accept responsibility for any damage or data loss on your server, network, or PC.

  5.2 We will not accept responsibility for any delay or interruption in accessing our website. However, we are ready to assist you in any way we can.

  5.3 We will not accept responsibility for the inability to access our website due to failures of equipment or links, as this is beyond our control.

  5.12 In circumstances of a failure to complete your order that is caused by events that are beyond the control of tutorlearner.com, we reserve the right to cancel your order without an offer of a refund.

9. Packages

9.1. Silver 3 Months (59.95 USD)

Terms of Use

1. In this package, the learner will earn 10 USD for every new learner that is referred to any package. You will receive the commission amount when the referred learner successfully signs up for the package. You will receive commission every time your referrals renew their package. You will receive the commission amount that is based on the first package your referrals have chosen.

2. The learner can withdraw their commission amount at any time and the minimum amount for a withdrawal is 10 USD (The withdrawal process may take up to 30 days. You can check the process by visiting your ‘My Receipt’ page.)

3. Every withdrawal transaction will include a fee. You will be notified of the fee charge every time you withdraw from your spending balance. We reserve the sole right make changes to the fee amount without serving notice to you.

9.2. Gold 12 Months (109.95 USD)

Terms of Use

1. In this package, the learner will earn 20 USD for every new learner that is referred to the Gold or Diamond package. For every new learner that is referred to the Silver package, you will earn 10 USD. You will receive the commission amount when the referred learner successfully signs up for the package. 1. In this package, the learner will earn 40 USD for every new learner that is referred to the Diamond package. For every new learner that is referred to the Gold package, you will earn 20 USD. For every new learner that is referred to the Silver package, you will earn 10 USD. You will receive the commission amount when the referred learner successfully signs up for a package. You will receive commission every time your referrals renew their package. You will receive the commission amount that is based on the first package your referrals have chosen.

10. Privacy Policy of www.tutorlearner.com

Privacy is an important subject for us. We understand your concern about privacy and the security of your personal details. It is our ethical duty to ensure you are aware of our privacy policy. Here is what we do with your personal information:

  10.1 All information obtained from learners are kept within the company.

  10.2 Payments are handled by PayPal. We are in collaboration with PayPal so that they alone (and not our company) can deal with a learner’s credit card details. We do not save any payment related information of our learners to protect our learners from fraudulent activity.

  10.3 We are not responsible for any bank charges made on the transaction.

  10.4 We do not give out any information regarding our learners to third parties.

  10.5 We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time. We ask that you review it frequently. Any changes made to this policy will be posted here and your continued use of the site, services and/or software constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes.

  10.6 We reserve the right to disclose your personal identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our Website.

11. Revision and Refund Policy

We ask you to read the following Revision and Refund Policy carefully, as it helps complement the topics found in the terms of use which is a legally binding agreement between you (the learner) and the platform i.e. www.tutorlearner.com

  11.1 We advise learners to choose due dates for receiving your order from us at least two days in advance of using that information.

  11.2 When the learner has made a payment through the link sent via email, your ‘My Wallet’ balance will be deducted only when the learner has received all the relevant information needed to complete the order. After the order has successfully been completed, the learner’s ‘My Wallet’ balance will be deducted, and no refunds are offered under any circumstances except in events of a failure to submit feedback and re-feedback within the due date that is agreed upon. In this circumstance, the learner will receive a 50% cashback of the original order payment.

  11.3 In events of any mistakes or incomplete information, we offer a warranty that offers 3 reworks per order within a timeframe of 60 days.

  11.4 You are able to request another rework once your 60-day warranty has expired. You can do this by clicking the ‘Re-feedback’ function. The re-feedback offer charges you 50% of the price of your original order and it offers 3 reworks within a timeframe of 60 days. (You may only choose the re-feedback function once per order.)

Note: In events that you have used your 3 feedback offers but the 60-day warranty has not yet expired, you are able to request an additional re-feedback.

  11.5 We are unable to offer you a refund if your payment is cancelled by your credit card provider, bank, or any other third party.

  11.6 You must notify use of feedback at least 4 days in advance of the order due date. (Excluding the day we are notified)

  11.7 All reworks must be within the same scope that is agreed upon in the original order.

  11.8 In events of a failure to submit reworks within the timeline and you wish to cancel the order, we will offer a 50% cashback that can with withdrawn. (This transaction will be processed within 30 days. You can check the status of the cashback at the My Cashback page on our website)

  11.9 After successful payment, we reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be completed. In this circumstance, you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation. (In this event, you will not be charged and your spending balance on our website will remain the same. This transaction will be processed within 30 days.)

  11.10 In events that your account is used in an unauthorized transaction, we do not offer any refunds or take responsibility under any circumstances.
