For example, the learner may wish to upload guidelines, templates, or PowerPoint files that are relevant to their order. (The learner must not create a new order but use this function instead.
This function is to be used when the learner wishes to submit feedback or ask for recommendations on their order for further editing. The learner can submit up to three feedback requests within 60 days of receiving their order.
This function is to be used when the learner wishes to request further feedback or ask for recommendations after they have used up three requests and/or the 60-day period has expired. (You will be charged 50% of your original order price).
This function is to be used when the learner has received their order and does not wish to request any feedback as they are satisfied with the result. The learner will be able to rate this order and add any comments for the tutor.
